Exercise Bikes and Equipment
Training is an important part of exercise bike riding, having a bit of order to your program never hurt anyone either. Some beginners do prefer to ride indoors, even during warmer weather as they are getting started. Once you are riding comfortably those three days a week, you will want to increase to riding at least 30 minutes five days a week.
We've all had days where the weather won't allow us to go outside to ride our bikes. Some riders are perfectly happy to slap on some tights and booties and head out into the blinding snow. Many fitness centers have them.
Exercise is not an all or none endeavor. Keep in mind that a little is better than none and you can do something today, so don’t worry about what you will do next month. This perspective is hard for anyone who expects a lot from themselves and sets long-term fitness goals.
Surround Yourself with Good Role Models - If all your friends are couch potatoes, odds are you will have a hard time becoming active while hanging out with them. Try to set a plan to go faster, farther or longer with your routine.
