Having said that we don't recommend that you injure yourself just to get bigger biceps or perform a power lifting routine(t's inefficient)our thesis or hypothesis is that old school bodybuilding science is wrong- our Hypothesis goes in opposite directions to main stream science -we believe that conventional "science based" and powerlifting workouts are at best an inefficient way of stimulating hyperplasia.
